I always stay at my favorite hotel in Sofia. The staff helped me with money tips when I first came. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. Going back for Easter!

During my recent business trip to Sofia, my director selected the Medic Hotel for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the individual treatment we received, ensuring that our needs were met and providing a comfortable experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even assisting with locating a crib for our 5-month-old baby.

There was one minor issue during our stay.

I had always wanted to visit the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, so I chose to stay at Medic Hotel due to its convenient location. However, the friendly and smiling staff exceeded my expectations. The airport transfers, ironing service, and packed lunches provided by the hotel were also greatly appreciated.

Dirty, smelly, unclean. I was just passing through Bulgaria and booked at Medic for one night due to its cheap price and fair-looking photos.
